Tailor-made employee surveys

Our surveys are usually tailor-made. This is our core competency: adapting surveys to the initial situation of a company with a view to its strategy and goals. We do this for very large companies as well as for small ones. And in some cases we also advise companies that have their own tools and a lot of know-how in independently conducting employee, customer, peer, stakeholder or investor surveys.

Our approach is resource-oriented, ie we measure strengths as well as challenges. The questionnaire is the heart of the matter. Since it not only "receives" but also "sends", it must convey the target state, e.g. of leadership. The aim of the questionnaire is never 100% values, but rather it is about identifying the right starting points in order to grow at both individual and team and company level. Fears of bad results should be transformed into a learning culture in advance.

Creating a basis for decision-making based on an analysis of the current situation is certainly one of our very special skills. Presentations that take the pressure off management and present the enormous amount of data in a compact way that allows management to recognize and understand the key results at first glance are among our core competencies. Our customers tell us this again and again.

Our interactive dashboard gives customers a complete overview of all possible evaluation groups - within seconds. For example, while someone from the company is calling, those responsible for the project can compare individual groups with each other: "Do men and women see this the same way?" The answer is there with just one click.

New Work needs Inner Work. And so the development of sustainability requires inner development and maturation. The Inner Development Goals – IDG – offer a great framework here, and we like to incorporate them into our questionnaires.

“Interruptions and unnecessary meetings cost companies 114 billion euros per year.” This is the result of the study “Costs of work interruptions for German companies” that we conducted with Next Work Innovation 2022. The good news: The focused Company offers a great process for which we have a
