We support companies in both large and small survey projects, as well as independently of these – especially when there is a high level of fit.

A whole series of management teams use our know-how and our expertise in conducting strategy meetings - and have gotten to know, appreciate and value us over the years. Once or twice a year, the (management) teams reflect and work with a very good moderator from Netzwert, usually externally, through all the topics that otherwise have little space in everyday life: peace and quiet for strategy, collaboration in the management team, making important decisions and simply enjoying enough time for informal discussions. Teams that work a lot virtually and in rapidly changing conditions particularly appreciate this.

Conflicts are an integral part of (working) life. The answer to whether there are conflicts in companies is always yes. That is how it has to be. If, for example, management teams do not argue sufficiently for the best solutions, they do not do one of their most important tasks or do it poorly.
However, it is easy to decide when, with whom and in which setting conflicts can best be resolved. We have a lot of experience in this area and would be happy to work with you to examine your specific situation.
